Security and Trust

Security principles and the verified limits of the CipherQuay preview.

DRAFT FOR REVIEW · 3 OCTOBER 2026 · VERSION 2026-10-03-DRAFT-1

This CipherQuay-specific draft requires operator and legal review before being treated as an approved policy or contractual commitment. Visiting this page does not execute an enterprise agreement.

Engineering principles

CipherQuay's constitution requires least authority, deny-by-default authorisation, server-side tenant boundaries, deterministic policy contracts, separation of duties and minimised evidence without raw credentials. These requirements guide delivery; they are not a claim that every production control has been implemented.

Current scope

The public staging workspace uses deterministic synthetic data and a Gate simulator. External actions, live integrations and production services are not enabled. Authentication, live enforcement, production operations and assurance require further implementation and verification before availability.

No certification or service guarantees

No certification, independent assurance, availability commitment, recovery objective or production incident-response service is asserted by this page. Any future enterprise security commitments must be agreed and supported by evidence.

Reporting concerns

Use the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy and verified company contact details. Do not perform intrusive testing, access another person's information or send live credentials with a report.
